A Japanese puppeteer and his daughter are performing a traveling show in various parts of Europe. At one of their stops, they inadvertently encounter a group of criminals. The group is led by a ruthless man named Sugarman and his dangerous son Little Sugar. The young girl, who grew up in the innocent world of shows, is soon drawn into the gang’s violent game.Their puppet shows catch the attention of criminals and are used as cover. Along the way, the girl must decide between loyalty to her father and an attempt to escape the world of crime. The story gradually begins with a simple situation and enters more complex layers of violence, lies and betrayal, where no one is what they seem.
